SHINSEKI is a knowledge sharing service that allows foreign residents in Japan to easily obtain information on their daily life questions, worries, and things they want to know. This is a "Q & A" type service where you can ask questions and worries as "questions" and get "answers" from people who have the knowledge and experience to solve them.
About membership registration
Membership registration is required to use SHINSEKI services. You can register for free from your computer or smartphone.

About questions
If you have any questions, first register as a new member and create a My Page. If you already have My Page, log in and ask a question.
About answers
Search for questions that have already been registered from the popular rankings and categories and answer any questions that you think you can answer. You will need to log in to answer, so be sure to register as a new member or answer after logging in.
About My page
This page is required to ask questions and answers within SHINSEKI. First of all, let's create my page from new member registration. In My Page, you can manage the questions and answers you have asked in chronological order. You can also freely edit the items in My Page.

"About withdrawal
Membership registration is required to use SHINSEKI, but you can unsubscribe at any time. You can complete the procedure from the "Unsubscribe" link at the bottom of My Page. Please note that after withdrawal, the profile, question history, and answer history on My Page will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
About violation report
When asking questions or answering questions, it is a prerequisite that you give due consideration to public order and morals. For questions or answers that violate these points, we may accept violation reports from a third-party perspective and process them at our discretion. "
